About PMD2
Our mission is to develop youths and young adults resistance to commit negative behavior/crimes and make academic/social progress by teaching pride in self, family, community, and culture. We seek to have a positive impact on the lives of our clients and program participants as evidenced by measurable outcomes such as reduced contact with the court system, juvenile justice system; lower school suspensions/ truancy/ and dropout rates, teen pregnancy, and undiagnosed mental health issues, increased academic performance, successful college applications; job training skills, and stronger family bonding.
This goal is reached by addressing the needs of at-risk youth/young adults and their families by providing a wide range of mentorship, behavior modification mental health/ education and outreach services based on recognized evidence-based research and Best Practices.
